Holiday Gift Market Business Plan/Proposal

Holiday Gift Market is an intensive 3 ½ day retail shopping experience that takes place at the Florida State Fairgrounds Expo Hall. Attendance in 2018 exceeded 20,000. Vendors will set up their booths during the day Wednesday, November 9, 2021 in time to host a Preview Party Thursday night that lasts from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM. From Friday, November 11th through Sunday, November 13th, shopping hours and special preview hours are from approximately 8:30 AM until 4:00 PM on Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday, and 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m.on Sunday.

* Exact times are subject to change.With this in mind, we would like for you to address the following concerns and include any additional information in your business plan submission.

1. Booth design and set-up

2. Staffing for set-up and sales hours

3. Inventory of product - how much inventory do you currently have on hand and how much inventory would you anticipate having on hand by the start of the November event if you are selected and given notice by early October?
